“That road bump you just went over used to be a mountain that God knocked down for you.” Manna Ko
Manna graduated from UBC with a B.A. in Psychology and English, completed her graduate studies from USM and AIHT with her M.A. and PhD in the field of Psychology, and completed further graduate studies in the natural health fields as a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), and a Certified Clinical Herbalist (CCH). She is also an Ordained Leader with Third Day Churches in San Diego, California.
Although Manna’s accomplishments in the marketplace has been significant, her greater call now is to use her unique and specialized gifts in relationship and leadership development to platform both the radically anointed young adults of this generation for success as they fulfill their calling in this fascinating time of history; and to edify and empower the parents of this same generation (who often feel lost outside of their parental duties to their children) to experience their own inimitable gifts, purpose, calling and sacred dreams.
In her free time, Manna is a marathon runner, exercise enthusiast, avid reader, and a prolific writer – authoring numerous manuscripts, books, articles, curricula, manuals, and programs. She is conversant in 4 languages (with plans to speak 10), loves to play tennis and the piano, studied the martial arts, and is very active in her community. She was a long time volunteer as a Sunday school teacher, a designer for the church sanctuary, a Billy Graham Ministry Counselor, Kids Korps supporter, and has mentored and volunteered for hospice, and other local organizations including a school for homeless children and teenagers.
Manna and her family (including her five dogs) live in San Diego, California.
“My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven, my road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions are few, my Guide is reliable, my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in a maze of mediocrity. I won’t give up, shut up, let up, or slow up.” – Robert Moorehead
